Are you hosting during the holidays? Are you hosting for Christmas day? Then now is the time to decide the menu; and whilst you’re at it, get menu cards, and personalise them. Keep it simple yet special. Yes the turkey, because we are going to be dining on turkey all month so for Christmas day itself, turkey, goose and lamb. For any other dinner, I think keep it simple and still special; ox tail. You know how I feel about Ox-Tail, chicken and fish, preferably Sea bass. DO NOT TRY A NEW MENU ON THE DAY. I should know, I have done this before and it never bodes well for anyone, do your test run, do your test prep. And whilst you’re at it, try out your table scape and your table plan.

Day 5 – The Menu
