Lists. I love them. I make them every single day because it streamlines a chaotic day, and brings a sense of focus to the noise. At least that is what we are told behind the psychology of making lists. For Christmas, buy a new notebook- because when does one never need a new notebook- and make all the lists you possibly need for all the things you have planed. Make a master list and sub-lists.
- People to see
- Places to go
- Things to do
Get a calendar and highlight the different activities counting down to Christmas, from the mundane to the absolutely ridiculous, everything goes in because tis the season to be jolly and joyful. You may end up not doing any of it or you’ll do all of it. Whatever it is, write it down. Be that person who wakes up in the middle of the night to write things down and cross things off your list with smug satisfaction.
