I love good food, I love finding places to eat and enjoying what’s on the menu, though I am not the most adventurous eater, I love it when food pleases my picky palette. I’ve wanted to eat at Burger and Lobster for as long as I can remember, I mean two of my favourite foods in one restaurant; WIN. You don’t have to trawl through endless menu options to figure out what you want to eat and then settle for the same thing…ahem. Its simple and straightforward; Burger and Lobster and a lovely selection of alcohol.

They recently opened a branch in Harvey Nichols, I immediately called my girls for a much needed night out and we high tailed it there. Be warned it gets busy, its almost like a party atmosphere in there but it adds to the good vibes about the place. I love the ambience, its totally chilled and happy, oh so happy, and I especially appreciate the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff, because lets face it, a place that serves good food accompanied with good service is really hard to find so this is a big plus here. And they don’t push up on you; another huge plus, they just let you be but you know they are always there.

The food is GOOD. The food is fabulous. The food is DELICIOUS. I had lobster with fries and salad and for the first time in what seems like ages, I ate salad with dressing, very delicious dressing; I am not a salad lover so this is a pretty big deal. The lobster is either grilled or served with warm toasted brioche, we had that as a teaser it was DIVINE. Its so good I’m definitely having it when I go there again. The lobster is huge and delicious and scrumptious. The fries are thick and succulent and perfectly salted so its not overwhelming- its hard, very hard to find the right fries, I find, because its either too salty or under salted. Look, I told you I’m a picky eater. And we had margaritas, good wine and non alcoholic beverages. We stayed there for over two hours because we didn’t want to leave, its that good in there and everyone is welcome.

Don’t just take my word for it, go!
