Trolls, we don’t know them but they seem to know us. Trolls are those who always have something to say about someone who is doing something that they just don’t understand, therefore take it upon themselves to tear it down and make it a personal attack on the doer. I find this behaviour irritating to say the least.

But that’s exactly what a troll does; get on your tits.

And it feels like Troll season on Social Media these days.

Don’t get me wrong I always have something to say but I try not to make it personal except of course it is about my annoying neighbour who leaves his car alarm going all night because, you know, he just cannot be bothered, then of course it gets personal because I cannot sleep. But there is a line you see, a fine line between putting someone in their place and being just plain mean about it. If something someone does bothers you, you can simply choose to ignore it, trust me, its just as effective. If you don’t like what they tweet then unfollow them, if you don’t like the subject matter of their blogs then don’t read it. Life is full of options and we all have a choice to make; you do or you don’t; the choice is up to you, but if you insist on calling people out because that is what your life is all about or because you are having one of those PMS moments, then don’t be alarmed if they holla at you and call you out right back.

If you can’t take the heat then don’t tweet the tweet. It is just that simple.

I have been subject of troll like behaviour, from crazy Chelsea fans because you know I’m a crazy Arsenal fan myself so during game days the hooliganism is on; I suffer no fools and I give as good as I get. Its all in the name of football after all, so what are we if not madly obsessive fans. Everybody has an opinion, we all get caught up in the moment but you should be able to contain and conduct yourself in a manner that won’t embarrass you most especially. And if your behaviour embarrasses you, then, step up, man up and own up. Take a bite of humble pie and you’ll be the classier for it.

Believe it or not, you are what you tweet; whether it be funny, sarcastic, rude, silly, it’s all an aspect of who you are.

Remember what mommy always said; if you don’t have something nice to say they don’t say it at all. Of course we are not all always nicey-nicey, I shudder to think it would drive us all to drink if all we talked about were unicorns and rainbows! But if you are going to be a nuisance please be able to back yourself up and come correct. In the playground of life you only get back what you put out there and subjecting someone else to your utterly nonsensical and, quite frankly, unimportant points of view on their life, is in itself a bloody nuisance and waste of your time really.

If you don’t like what they do then save us the aggro and GO ELSEWHERE!! And if this offends you in any way then you are the troll of which I speak.
